I love to laugh, live and love!

I am blessed to live in an amazing little town off of the appalachian trail. I am surrounded by wonderful family, friends and neighbors. There is always something going on here yet the town has a peaceful siplicity to it.

My life love extraodinaire (Mike Febbo) and I are often found out climbing on the local cliffs. Rock climbing occupies much of our time.

I teach yoga as a freelance instructor all across the tri-state area, but I have been cutting back and focusing my energy at my best friends studio, 3 Moons Yoga. Leigh Ann (studio owner) and I share a vision of a supportive and growing sense of community. Things here have been changing quickly in amazing ways. So many loving and wonderful people have entered our lives in such a sort time. It is truly joyful.
